Vijay Sir has passion to work with person with intellectual disability. He believes in developing driving skills in intellectual disability. That makes the person much more calm. He patiently deals with person(with intellectual disability) during his aggressive behaviour and supports family and person to come out of anxious moments. Vijay Sir trains on sport to persons with ID at Indepenendent Living Training Program.
