Offline Training (Centre-Based)
Our offline programs provide hands-on learning and structured support to develop essential life and work skills.
At our centre, individuals receive hands-on training in a structured and supportive environment. This allows them to practice real-life tasks, build routines, and develop independence step by step.

Autism Education Outreach Program (AEOP)
Objective: To provide in- depth understanding and training on autism.
Trainees: Primarily targets parents of persons with autism and specialeducators who require a deeper understanding of the disorder.
Digital Employment Program
(DEP)
Objective: To train and employ persons with neurodivergence in the digital economy.
Process: This is a four-month training program designed for neurodivergent individuals who are computer literate. Upon successful completion, they are employed by the society to work as an
aggregator.
The Role of Digital Aggregators
Objective: Market Integration To bridge the gap between neurodivergent creators at vocational units and global e-commerce platforms.Aggregators connect different E-Commerce Websites with the products made by
neurodivergent persons at various vocational units across India.
