Worked till younger son diagnosed with Autism Founded DNudge, a decade back with a mission for sensitising the society towards the challenges faced by persons on autism spectrum as well as their parents. Vice president of Approach Autism, which is a society formed by parents. Presently providing vocational and life skill training to the adults on the spectrum to ensure a respectful life for them and to build a residential set.
