Jaipuria Institute of Management and Approach Autism Society have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create meaningful opportunities for management students to engage in community service while contributing to the cause of autism awareness and inclusion.
The partnership aims to provide Jaipuria Management Trainees with a structured platform to participate in social service initiatives, allowing them to gain practical exposure to community development, empathy-driven leadership, and inclusive practices. Through this collaboration, students will have the opportunity to interact with individuals on the autism spectrum, participate in awareness campaigns, support skill-development activities, and contribute to various outreach programs organized by Approach Autism Society.
The MoU reflects a shared commitment to bridging the gap between academic learning and social responsibility. By encouraging experiential learning, the collaboration seeks to nurture future business leaders who are not only professionally competent but also socially conscious and compassionate.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives from both organizations emphasized the importance of integrating social impact into management education. They expressed confidence that the partnership would create lasting value for students while strengthening efforts toward building a more inclusive society.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a long-term association dedicated to empowering students through meaningful community engagement and advancing the mission of creating greater awareness, acceptance, and opportunities for individuals with autism.
