Core Programs and Activities 

Approach Autism Society operates programs across three primary segments  : 
Employment and Life Skill Training (ELST) Center, Independent Living Training Program (ILTP), and Online Training.

1. Employment and Life Skill Training (ELST) Center : This program focuses on vocational and practical skills.
Objective: To provide job work and production opportunities for persons with neurodivergence.
Activities: Trainees, with the help of trainers, engage in the production of various daily use products. These
products are then sold through references and different stalls. Students participating in the work receive an
honorarium for their efforts.
Integration: During the day, ELST activities merge with the ILTP to provide a cohesive learning environment.
