The online segment addresses the criticalneed for education and awareness.
• Autism Education Outreach Program (AEOP):
Objective: To provide in- depth understanding and training on autism.
Trainees: Primarily targets parents of persons with autism and special
educators who require a deeper understanding of the disorder.
• Digital Employment Program (DEP):
Objective: To train and employ persons with neurodivergence in the digital economy.
Process: This is a four-month training program designed for neurodivergent individuals who are
computer literate. Upon successful completion, they are employed by the society to work as an
aggregator.
Role: Aggregators connect different E-Commerce Websites with the products made by
neurodivergent persons at various vocational units across India.
