IT Disaster Recovery & Incident Response Manager

We're looking for a skilled leader to own IT disaster recovery and incident response across our large-scale retail organization. If you thrive in high-stakes situations, bring strong project management skills, and know how to keep critical systems running during crises — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Lead disaster recovery planning and testing
Manage real-time IT incident response
Coordinate with security, infrastructure & ops teams
Ensure systems and data recover fast — with minimal disruption
Report readiness and incidents to senior leadership
What You Bring:
7–10 years in IT project management, recovery, and response
Experience in large enterprise or retail environments
Calm under pressure with strong leadership instincts
Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or CISSP a plus
