Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Web Developer to join a growing organization and support the design, development, and maintenance of modern web-based solutions. This role focuses on building intuitive user experiences, developing reliable back-end systems, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. The Web Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality web applications that support business operations and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
• Build and support back-end functionality to ensure performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across web applications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure consistency and integration between front-end and back-end components
• Apply best practices in web development, usability, and modern technologies

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in front-end development, web design, and user-focused interfaces
• Proficiency in back-end web development and programming
• Strong understanding of full-stack web development and system integration
• Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and current web technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience in a specialized or operationally complex industry is a plus

Technical Requirements

• UI/UX development experience
• PHP and React experience (2+ years required)
