We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Conducting rounds of the property + Traffic control + Monitoring surveillance cameras + Assisting in-house staff as needed + Guards will work both day shift (7am-7pm) and night shift (7pm-7am). Shifts are approximately 12 hours long, with shift rotation of days and nights every 3 months. + Staff must be in uniform and recognizable as guards. **Qualifications** + Must be physically capable of performing security duties, which include doing rounds of the hospital campus over uneven terrain at all hours and in all weather conditions. + CLEET training or law enforcement experience preferred. + Must be able to pass a criminal background check. + Must be able to take direction and be on time for shift changes. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Adept with de-escalation skills + Professional demeanor + Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations Chenega Corporation and family of companies is an EOE.
