Our client is a leading U.S. financial services organization headquartered in Cincinnati with a broad retail footprint and robust technology operations. The organization operates an extensive branch and ATM network across multiple states and is ranked among the largest banks in the country. It maintains a longstanding history of growth following the merger of predecessor institutions.

Rate: $40.00 to $50.00/hr. w2

 

Responsibilities:
  • Drive day-to-day interaction with plan coordinators and support completion of disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Follow up on open tasks and disaster recovery initiatives across the organization.
  • Educate employees on disaster recovery program initiatives, processes, and the Fusion Framework System.
  • Assist with data integrity reviews to ensure quality data within the Fusion Framework System.
  • Perform governance activities for the disaster recovery program, including expert review of strategies and plans.
  • Serve as a resource for plan coordinators in creating and maintaining application disaster recovery plans and related initiatives.
  • Deliver user support for the Enterprise Resilience Office planning system.
  • Support team members during business disruptions as needed.
  • Collaborate under pressure to meet deadlines and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Manage risk by exchanging ideas and concerns, recommending risk reduction approaches, adhering to policies, and acting with integrity.
Experience Requirements:
  • Knowledge of application architecture, dependency mapping, and data flows.
  • Experience with automation and reporting capabilities.
  • Hands-on exposure to disaster recovery tools, plan build, DR solutions, and RTO/RPO concepts.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Collaborative approach (preferred).
  • Proactive mindset (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in operational resilience, emergency management, business continuity, or disaster recovery (preferred).
  • Experience in a financial institution or regulated industry (preferred).
  • Organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable to a virtual team environment, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proficiency with Windows Office technologies and software programs.
Education Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, Business Operations, Logistics, Emergency Response, or Event Planning.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
