In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the daily operations of the Actuarial Department. You will assist in product pricing, trend analysis, and revenue strategy while working with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights. Your expertise will help navigate regulatory changes and contribute to the development of effective risk management strategies. This position requires innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to drive impactful decision-making.

Accountabilities

• Perform the pricing of products and build sound pricing models.
• Serve as subject matter expert for regulatory reform and legislative changes.
• Support the development of claim and premium deficiency reserves.
• Guide forecasting and analytic functions, monitoring financial performance.
• Provide direction for data management to meet analytic and reporting needs.
• Offer guidance and support to upcoming actuarial talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (Required).
• Certification as a Member of Society of Actuaries (Required).
• Strong understanding of actuarial functions and insurance finance.
• Proficiency in mathematical finance, probability, and statistics.
• Experience with actuarial modeling and data analytics.
