Job Title: Picker / Packer – Orchids
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime available and encouraged (including early mornings, extended shifts, and weekends as needed)
Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Picker/Packer associates to join our orchid production team. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing orchids for shipment while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orchids accurately based on daily orders
Inspect product for quality, damage, or defects
Label, box, and prepare shipments for distribution
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines
Meet daily productivity goals
Work overtime as needed to meet customer demand

Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in a greenhouse/warehouse environment
Strong attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime when required
No prior experience required – training provided
