Job Description

SUMMARY

The Marketing Intern will collaborate with our marketing department to deliver high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand positioning and support integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines administrative proficiency with creative execution, providing comprehensive support to the marketing team while gaining professional experience in visual communication and brand strategy implementation across various platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to marketing personnel, supporting quality assurance processes through visual asset auditing to strengthen brand identity and internal organization.
  • Update and maintain visual content that adheres to established brand guidelines, ensuring all designs effectively communicate the company's identity and values.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team, other designers, and stakeholders to develop cohesive marketing assets that align with brand messaging and translate marketing requirements into effective visual solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for stakeholder presentations and campaigns.
  • Execute design projects across multiple platforms, including presentation and document materials, digital media, print, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and website while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline.
  • Professional oral and written communications skills, exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities. Ability to incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office/O365/Teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, database systems, and Canva Visual Suite.

Dates for Internship will be May 18th, 2026 through August 7th, 2026.
