**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable department and ensuring efficient billing, collections, and posting insurance as well as patient payments.
Willingness to greet patients and explain account balances and collections.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Investigate and resolve billing and insurance discrepancies or disputes
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable functions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall financial processes
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
