Self-reliant mother of Nirbhay
Ms Arpita Yadav, self-reliant mother of Nirbhay, who was born with a rare neuro metabolic disorder called Infantile Refsum, chose to look upon this event as her calling, and what started as an effort to chart out a survival path for Nirbhay, turned into a crusade for all those with special needs.

Manoj Maan sir has versatile personality. His association with Approach Autism started when members observed his voice has melody to make hyper PWID stay calm. He also invented same and moved ahead doing PhD. in “Impact of Music on Aggressive Behavior of teenagers with Autism (age group 12 years to 16 years) Special reference to Indian Music” from university of Mumbai, Mumbai. Presenly he is doing “Voice Modulation and Voice Culture”
From home maker to creator for independent living of person with special needs, it requires lot of balancing between home and work place. Belonging to tradition background of Rajasthan, she is an expert ladies wardrobe tailor and does that out of hobby. She understood working with special needs within short span of time. Her reaction is as per need of behavior modification of person with intellectual disabilities.
Cook & Facilitator Meal
Rita Kaur is great cook. She also possess quality of motherhood. Our learners do wait for her preparations for lunch. She guides learner from washing hands, cleaning table to used utensils. Her impeccable smile radiates positive energy in the environment.
Nandkishore Ji has grown from level of person with intellectual disabilities to care giver. He takes utmost care of learns special and medical needs. He is stalwart and won Special Olympic Gold Medal. He is getting developed as educator for next AIMS Media Batch.
Shweta is enthusiastic and brought changes in lives of many person with physical disabilities clubbed with intellectual disability. She challenges herself with bringing change mindset of persons with disabilities and their parents from CAN’T DO to CAN DO. This approach of hers makes her different.

Shikha is freelancer Jewellery Designer and instructor in the field of teaching jewellery designing. She does passes lot of creativity in using material in artistic way giving value addition. She belongs to family having background of jewellery making and sale. During her study she has done sale of her designs in the open market and understands market trends. She would be working with person with intellectual disabilities and neurotypical. She is would also give her value contribution in social media marketing.<
