About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and safely. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment, while adhering to all safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the warehouse.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Receive, count, and confirm deliveries of inventory.
  • Inspect products for damage or faults and report issues promptly.
  • Mark, label, and store inventory in an accessible manner.
  • Prepare stock for delivery by loading, wrapping, and securing goods on pallets.
  • Operate pallet jacks to build and move loads.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding errors or discrepancies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in cold environment and/or food industry.
  • Previous experience as a general laborer, preferably in a refrigerated warehouse.
  • Proficiency with reach trucks and electric pallet jacks. Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good moral character.
  • Physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying climatic conditions.
  • Dependable with a strong attendance record and positive work history.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
