Career Path

• Trainee Lube Technician
• Mission: Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician Status
• Timeline: 90 Days -- Trainee Lube Technician may "graduate" to a Flat Rate Lube Technician prior to 90 days
• Compensation: $15/clock hour
• 40 clock hours = 40 X $15 = $515/week
• 50 clock hours = (40 X $15) + (10 X $22.50) = $825week
• Flat Rate Lube Technician
• Mission: 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop "maintenance" skillset
• Timeline: Indefinite
• Compensation: $16/flat rate hour
• 40 Flat Rate Hours (FRH) = $640/week
• 50 FRH = $800/week
• 60 FRH = $960/week

• > 1 State Certification
• Complete Manufacturer entry training level
• Quality work
• Timely/efficient process
• Apprentice Technician
• Mission: Hands-on experience with expert ASAP Line Technician and complete State and Manufacturer Certifications
• Timeline: 2 Year
• Compensation: $42,500 Salary

• 4 ASE Certifications

• Line Technician, Year 1
• Mission: Kick off an AWESOME career as an Al Serra Auto Plaza Technician
• Timeline: indefinite
• Compensation: $52,500

• Quality Control
• 100% Fixed Right First Time
• Execute Multi Point Inspection
• Clean and test drive vehicle
• Efficiency – perform repairs in a timely manner
• Ongoing Training (OEM + State Certifications)
