Senior Preconstruction Manager position in the San Francisco Bay Area

We are a large regional mechanical contractor working on large commercial, medical, and public works hvac/plumbing projects. 

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Engineering, Estimating other groups and clients at beginning of projects
• Build and improve our client-relationships on current and upcoming projects
• Review projects, estimates and look for areas value-engineering ideas, and any areas we should address in early phases of the project life-cycle

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
• PE License
• LEED AP Certification
• 10+ years of mid- or large- commercial construction experience
• Experience working on Design/Build and Plan-Spec projects
• Familiar with CA HVAC and Plumbing Codes as well as ASHRAE, ASPE, and OSHPD standards
• Great at presenting to clients
• Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, among other BIM software applications
• Stable work-history
• Local
