Job Title: RN – PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)Location: Roseburg, ORStart Date: TBDJob Type: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeks (91 days)Shift: 5×8 DaysPay: $2,602/week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Position Overview ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Roseburg, OR. This position offers competitive weekly pay, completion bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. The PACU nurse will provide post-operative care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, ensuring safety and comfort during the recovery process. Responsibilities * Provide direct care to patients recovering from anesthesia in PACU and Pre-op settings. * Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient responses during recovery. * Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and IV fluids as ordered. * Collaborate with anesthesia providers and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech and other charting systems. * Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in all aspects of patient care. Qualifications * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon or compact state eligibility. * Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. * PALS certification. * Minimum 1 year of recent PACU and Pre-op experience required. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting cardiac rhythms. * Experience using Meditech EMR systems required. * Familiarity with both electronic and paper charting (MMC: Meditech; ORSC: Mix of Meditech & paper charting).
