Job Description:
Support the Project Delivery Team in coordinating IT projects and managing day-to-day administrative and scheduling tasks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Join and lead daily standups and change management meetings
Schedule meetings, document minutes, and manage project documentation
Create and manage Jira tickets
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Support QA, automation testing, and documentation review
Assist with vendor onboarding and cross-team communications
Utilize generative AI tools to enhance productivity
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
3–5 years of project coordination or related experience in IT projects
High communication skills; proactive and outgoing
Experience with Jira, MS Teams, and Outlook
Independent, driven, highly organized with growth potential into full project ownership
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Confluence
Experience creating status reports
