The Project Coordinator will support the planning organization and delivery of branding and marketing projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met project milestones are tracked and clients receive a seamless high-quality experience.
This role requires strong communication organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning organizing and executing branding and marketing projects from start to finish.
Maintain project timelines schedules and deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate internal team communication to ensure all project components are aligned.
Prepare meeting notes project updates and progress reports for internal and client use.
Support project managers in monitoring quality control and ensuring all work meets brand standards.
Facilitate smooth workflow by anticipating needs identifying risks and offering proactive solutions.
Manage documentation files and project assets in an organized and accessible manner.
