Physician Assistant - New York City, NY (Onsite) - Full Time- Mon-Fri 8 Hours Shift - $130,000-$155,000 Per Year


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in New York City. This full-time, weekday role offers an excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric and adult populations within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts)



Compensation:
Pay Range: $130,000-$155,000 Per Year and up to $10k Sign On Bonus!



Job Summary:

  • Join our outpatient primary care team in New York City, NY, as a full-time Physician Assistant.
  • Work alongside physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric and adult patients during weekday day shifts.
  • Utilize electronic medical systems for patient documentation.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $130,000–$155,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • Loan Repayment: Eligible for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (up to $50,000, tax-free)

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State
  • Current DEA registration
  • Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Experience with patients across the lifespan
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities


Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Primary Care experience
  • Strong knowledge of continuity of care
  • Experience with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
