PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Champion Rehab 

Sartell, MN

As a Physical Therapist at Champion Rehab, you'll:

• Provide direct patient care: continuous assessment of patient needs and functional deficits, patient care/treatment, ongoing modifications to the existing plan of care as needed, ability to initiate appropriate referrals to other disciplines when needed 
• Work closely with a skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities
• Apply clinical expertise as necessary, including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge, supervision of Physical Therapy Assistant, communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care
• Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal)

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Currently licensed to practice in the State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply! 
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
  
• Passion for helping patients reach their goals
  
• Eagerness to grow with a dynamic, expanding practice

• Competitive Pay! Starting at $39.00 - $55.00! Full benefits including access to ESST after just one hour worked!
