Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends, No Call
Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic
Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Bonus Structure: Performance-based collections incentive
A long-established and well-respected pediatric clinic in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP/PNP) or Physician Assistant to join its growing care team. This mission-driven role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse pediatric population—all within a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.
Ideal candidates are compassionate, community-minded providers who value long-term relationships, continuity of care, and collaborative teamwork. This position is well-suited for experienced pediatric APPs seeking both meaningful clinical impact and work-life balance.
Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)

AZ State NP/PA License (Or in process)
NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
2-3 Years Experience as NP/PA in Pediatrics
