We’ve been around for over 20 years, offering childcare to families across 37 states and almost 200 locations across the U.S. Our families need your joy, your sense of fun and your childcare know-how.

We’re currently seeking reliable caregivers for several families. Below is a list of a few of our families in the St. Louis/ St. Charles area:

• U City, St. Louis County: Three children- 7 y/o and twin 3 y/o. Monday through Friday, 6:30pm-9:30pm -Beginning ASAP, Pay $17/hour.
• St Charles, St Charles County: One chid-8 y/o. Wednesdays transport child from school to activities, 1:00pm-5:30pm shift the last Friday of each month, date nights.-Beginning ASAP Pay $16/hour. 
• Lake St Louis, St Charles County:  Two children-infant and 2.5 y/o. Monday-Thursday 8:30am-1:30pm-Beginning January 2026 Pay $16/hour

What This Job Looks Like:
Engage - Care for children between ages six weeks and 18 years (based on your experience)
Play - Have fun with age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities while you’re with the kids
Safety - Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
Meal Prep - Put together meals and snacks for children during your time with them
Light Clean-up - Restore the kitchen and play areas after food and fun (with age-appropriate assistance from the kids)
Depth – Get to know a family and develop a relationship with the kids and parents over time
Requirements- Must be 18 or older, have a valid drivers license with regular access to a vehicle and ability to transport children in said vehicle as needed, must be willing to travel up to 25-30 mins, and consent to a background screen
