Job Overview LMA Striping is seeking a dependable and experienced Parking Lot Striper to join our Field Operations team. This role involves preparing, painting, and maintaining parking lot markings for commercial projects. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can independently stripe lots from start to finish. Key Responsibilities - Lay out and stripe parking lots according to specifications
- Operate striping machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites, including cleaning and surface preparation
- Read site plans and interpret layout requirements
- Apply paint, thermoplastic, and other materials using proper techniques
- Maintain striping equipment and perform minor repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures on all job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with site cleanup and daily maintenance
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of parking lot striping experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time
- Must know how to stripe from start to finish without supervision
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality

Schedule - Full-time
- 10-hour shifts, with day, night, and weekend work as needed
