We’re looking for an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Management Trainee , you’ll work closely with our leadership team to gain hands-on experience in event operations, team coordination, and client representation . This position provides a unique opportunity to develop the skills needed to advance quickly into a management or leadership role .

Key Responsibilities

• Learn daily event operations and apply best practices

• Assist managers with on-site activities and team coordination

• Communicate key talking points and ensure excellent customer engagement

• Support event setup, teardown, and logistics

• Mentor and demonstrate procedures for new team members as you grow

• Track event performance and report insights to leadership

• Maintain a positive, professional presence at all events

• Build essential leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
