Job Summary:
As the Maintenance Mechanic, Refrigeration, you are responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and operation of the refrigeration throughout the ProMedica hospital complex and off-site buildings.
In this role, you will maintain all self-controlled refrigerators, freezers and refrigerated drinking fountains and all refrigerated Laboratory equipment.
You will perform daily checks and maintain all Dietary refrigeration systems and perform preventative maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have working knowledge of electricity, fire safety codes, refrigeration, and air conditioning codes
Must have knowledge of all types of all types of circulating pumps and air conditioning motors
3years previous experience in similar position in an institutional setting
Valid Driver's License
City Licensure or capable of obtaining Certification: State of Ohio EPA approved certificate for either Type I AND Type II OR Universal refrigerant system service
