Job Description

Optum is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Beaumont, California.

Located in the scenic San Gorgonio Pass, Beaumont offers a blend of suburban comfort and natural beauty. With its proximity to the San Bernardino National Forest, the city provides a lifestyle ideal for those who value outdoor recreation, family-friendly neighborhoods, and affordable living. 

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• No call, no weekends
• Outpatient only; no hospital rounds
• Patient panel: Primarily adults and seniors
• Daily census: 18–20 patients
• Appointment times: 40 minutes (new), 20 minutes (follow-up)

Required Qualifications 

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
• Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency in the United States
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted California Medical License, or ability to obtain it before your start date
• Current California DEA license, or ability to secure it prior to starting
• Current Basic Life Support certification, or willingness to obtain
• EMR Proficiency
