Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Orlando, FL
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Orlando, Florida . The ideal candidate will be experienced in general home and building maintenance, repairs, and small installations, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Perform general maintenance and repair work including drywall, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical tasks
Install fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware
Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions
Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
Communicate clearly with customers regarding job scope and progress
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
Strong knowledge of general home and building repairs
Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical work (within local code limits)
Own basic tools for general repair tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Experience in residential and/or commercial maintenance
Carpentry, tile, flooring, or painting expertise
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
