Our fitness studio is booming, and we're searching for a fun and dynamic fitness instructor who can lead new and engaging classes for our members. You'll be responsible for organizing and teaching exercise classes for a range of various-sized groups. While we want our programs to be physically challenging, we also prioritize safety and matching the fitness levels of our participants. • Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies
• Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership
• Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants
• Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
• Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests

Qualifications:

• Currently certified as a fitness instructor
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
