Full-Time Nanny – Infant & Toddler Experience Required
A private family is seeking a full-time nanny to join their household and provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for their three young children, including a 6 month old and two boys (ages 2 and 6). The position is based in Laguna Beach, California.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30-$38 per hour , depending on experience

• Private live-in accommodations available (optional)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 12-8pm

• Flexibility required for occasional early mornings, evenings, and travel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care primarily for the 2- and 6-year-old boys

• Assist occasionally with newborn care

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities

• Manage children’s routines, meals, and personal care

• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• Extensive infant and toddler experience

• CPR/First Aid certification (required)

• Ability to travel regularly within the U.S.

• Team player who works well in a fully staffed household

• Flexible, family-focused, and professional demeanor

• No driving required for this role

• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references

• Must have U.S. work authorization
