You will lead the kitchen team, oversee food safety standards, and inspire innovation in every dish served. **Qualifications:** + Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience + Minimum 5 years in high-volume culinary leadership + Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards + Proficiency with inventory, ordering systems, and menu planning + ServSafe Certification preferred **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and mentor culinary team members + Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation + Develop seasonal and event-specific menus + Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and Levy standards + Manage food and labor costs within budget targets + Collaborate with operations and front-of-house for seamless service **Curious about Life at Levy?
