Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events from conception through to completion, ensuring that every aspect aligns with our organization’s goals and standards Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from inception to execution.
• Develop event concepts and themes in collaboration with clients and team members.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contracts, and service delivery.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, and decor.
• Coordinate on-site event activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software or tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently.
