Overview:
The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists in planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring logistics, communication, and guest experience run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Support event planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Help manage guest lists, registration, and attendee communication.
Prepare event materials such as signage, reports, and outlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Gather feedback and assist with post-event evaluations.
