About the Role

As an Event Assistant , you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the planning and execution of various client events. From logistics to on-site coordination, you'll ensure every element of the event runs smoothly and aligns with the client's vision.

This role is perfect for someone interested in event planning, marketing, and client engagement — and looking to build a strong foundation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events based on client goals and branding
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather details, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, staffing, and supplies
• Work with vendors and external partners to manage timelines and deliverables
• Organize and prepare all event materials in advance
• Provide on-site event support, manage guest check-ins, assist with troubleshooting, and maintain a professional presence
• Collect feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events
• Compile post-event recaps and share insights with internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or marketing (preferred but not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
• Professional, client-facing demeanor
