Position Overview At Zelis, the DRG Clinical Dispute Reviewer role is responsible for the resolution of facility and provider disputes as they relate to DRG validation. They will be responsible for reviewing facility inpatient and outpatient claims for Health Plans and TPA’s to ensure adherence to proper coding and billing, analyzing inpatient DRG claims based on industry standard inpatient coding guidelines, and supporting the Office of the Chief Medical Officer in managing disputes related to clinical claim reviews. This position is a production-based role with production and quality metric goals. What You’ll DoWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. Base Salary Range $95,000.00 - $127,000.00 At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
