We are sustainable accessories brand based in Chicago looking for a digital marketing pro to help scale our ecommerce store. We also just opened a physical store-front here and have been around for 8 years. This role focuses on email, SMS, landing pages, website optimization, and performance-driven growth marketing.
Main emphasis is on web design on shopify, email marketing on klaviyo, article publishing on our website, landing page creation, and copywriting, and also running ads on Meta and Google. Please only apply if you have great experience with these roles and are interested in only working for our company, which is very sustainably focused accessories (sunglasses, watches, rings, etc) and we plant 10 trees for every product we sell.
You would be working CST either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, according to your preference. You will be a valued part of the team for an established brand, we have been growing consistently over the last 8 years, but we know there is so much potential for further growth and we need your help.
**What you’ll do**
• Build, design, and optimize Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows
• Manage SMS marketing strategy, segmentation, and performance
• Create high-converting landing pages on Shopify (theme blocks/sections)
• Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, product listings, and ads
• Optimize Shopify product pages for conversion, SEO, and brand consistency
• Improve site UX, merchandising, and overall conversion rate
• Manage Meta and Google Ads (experience required)
• Track performance, run A/B tests, and make data-based recommendations
• Coordinate with creative team for assets, photos, and videos
• Help build a cohesive marketing calendar across channels
**Requirements**
• Klaviyo email marketing experience (flows + campaigns)
• SMS marketing experience (Postscript, Attentive, or similar)
• Shopify landing page creation experience
• Strong ecommerce copywriting
• Proven ability to optimize website content for conversions
• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics
• Experience with Meta/Google Ads is a plus
