Senior Construction Project Manager
Minnesota | Direct Hire | $110k-$140k

Konik is partnered with growing commercial construction company to hire a Superintendent responsible for coordinating construction activities, supervising field personnel, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple trades and tasks on dynamic job sites.

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities

• Oversee all field personnel and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project execution.
• Coordinate schedules, trade assignments, and daily on-site activities in partnership with Project Managers.
• Facilitate subcontractor meetings and enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage construction documentation, reporting, and collaboration tools (Procore preferred).
• Monitor site conditions, address challenges, and keep projects on track for schedule and budget.
• Mentor, coach, and develop field staff to build high-performing project teams.
• Travel to job sites as required (up to 30%), including overnight stays and extended site visits.

Construction Superintendent  Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school, apprenticeship, or college coursework preferred.
• 8+ years of construction industry experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project; Procore experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness and physical ability to work on active construction sites, including climbing, walking uneven surfaces, and long periods on foot.
