CONCRETE FOREMAN

Our client is looking to add a Foreman with 7+ years of experience in the construction industry to their team established team. This is an ideal opportunity for the Foreman who wants to join an esteemed company that values it's employees and find advancement opportunities.

Concrete Foreman Position

This person will work with operations while managing a field crew on multiple projects throughout the year. Ideal candidate will have solid technical skills, industry experience, leadership skills, and communication skills. Will be responsible for completing daily paperwork, production reports, daily logs, meetings, and field extras as they occur. Schedules and manages concrete delivery and placement equipment. Great at solving problems and providing resolution.

Skills / Requirements

* 3+ years experience as a concrete foreman with extensive knowledge concrete
* Skilled in curb and gutter, sidewalks, slabs, pads, driveways
* In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
* Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
* Knowledge and know-how of layout when constructing foundations.
* Ability to communicate and report effectively
* Aptitude in math
* Communicates issues and needs relative to the vehicle to the shop foreman and coordinates repairs and maintenance as needed
* Maintains continuous care, cleaning, and stocking of vehicle
