Desired Background:

* 2+ years of litigation experience in California

* Experience in the following practice areas is preferred but not required; casualty defense work, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, professional liability matters, medical malpractice, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, general civil and commercial litigation

* Strong legal writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
* An optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting
* Licensed to practice law in the state of California
