Location: Midland, TX and greater Permian Basin region
Division: Hire Energy OFS (Oilfield Services)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CDL Drivers to join our team in the Permian Basin. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, and personnel to and from job sites, supporting critical oilfield operations.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL (Class A or Class B) with a clean driving record.

  • Minimum 1 2 years of commercial driving experience (oilfield preferred).

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and oilfield driving conditions.

  • Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and on a rotational schedule.

  • Physically able to climb, lift, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous oilfield hauling experience (water, sand, or equipment).

  • HAZMAT and/or Tanker endorsements (a plus).

  • Knowledge of Midland / Permian Basin routes and job site operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A or Class B commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and company regulations.

  • Haul oilfield equipment, materials, water, and/or sand to well sites and facilities.

  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance, and report issues.

  • Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and trip documentation.

  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and client site rules.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and field teams.

  • Provide support in loading/unloading and ensuring secure transport of materials.
