Shifts range from 7am to 11pm Monday through Saturday

What does the role involve?

• Mixing, weighing, rolling, and baking dough
• Frosting, sprinkling, topping, and serving cookies in our signature pink boxes
• Getting a behind-the-scenes look at how we make our famous cookies
• Rotating between different positions in the store, such as dough maker, oven operator, and customer service
• Preparing cookie dough for baking using various techniques
• Helping customers select from a variety of desserts

What are we looking for in a Baker?

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Capability to lift weights ranging from 10 to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to stand for the duration of your shift
• Ability to work well with team

Our Cottleville location is easily accessible from all of St. Charles county. We are just off of I-364 and Hwy 94 and Hwy N. Great for those looking to drive from St. Peter's, O'Fallon, Dardenne Prairie and Lake St. Louis.

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
