IGC Hospitality is a home grown NYC hospitality group, looking for like minded,
hospitality focused individuals. We are seeking experienced Floor Managers for all of our very busy outlets at the Rockaway Hotel! 

We are looking for an individual who is engaged, dynamic, energetic and hospitality driven.
Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality standards .
• Coordinate daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for good, kitchen supplies and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Required Skills : 

• Proven work experience as a restaurant manager or similar position
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and SevenRooms
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
