What You’ll Do:

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Lead by example to create a guest-first culture every shift.
• Communicate expectations, assign responsibilities, and motivate team members.
• Ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and compliant with Dunkin’ standards.
• Execute promotions and operational systems.
• Control costs and manage labor to maximize profitability.
• Track and drive sales results, always seeking improvement.
• Step into the Restaurant Manager role when needed—gaining hands-on GM experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Driven, ambitious, and ready to take the next career step.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment .
• Comfortable managing schedules, staffing, and cash handling.
• Basic computer skills + financial acumen.
• At least 18 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent required.
