Job Description

Everblue is seeking dynamic and motivated Assistant HVAC Trainers to join our team on a project basis. In this role, you'll work closely with lead HVAC Trainers to deliver impactful, hands-on training programs that equip participants with the core skills and knowledge required for a successful HVAC career.

Location:
Remote, with frequent travel to sites 

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with primary HVAC Trainers to develop and enhance training curriculum that meets industry standards.
• Support the delivery of hands-on training sessions, guiding learners through HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Supervise and assist participants during practical exercises, ensuring safety protocols and effective learning are maintained.
• Work alongside the instructional design team to prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Help organize and maintain HVAC training labs, keeping equipment and resources up-to-date and accessible.
• Apply classroom management techniques to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
• Offer extra guidance and resources to learners needing additional support, providing individualized instruction and mentorship.
• Travel to training locations as needed, assisting with facilitation and logistical support for on-site sessions and initiatives.

About You:

• You have a foundational understanding of HVAC systems and construction principles; hands-on experience with HVAC installation or maintenance is a plus.
• You're an effective communicator with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
• You possess strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, especially in training or lab environments.
• You're eager to learn and grow, thriving under the mentorship of experienced trainers.
• Familiarity with classroom management and supporting diverse learners adds value to your application.

Preferred Certifications:

• OSHA-10 or OSHA-30
• EPA 608 Universal
• Building Science Principles
