This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing sales and margins by attracting new customers while expanding the product and service offerings to existing clients. You will work closely with a diverse internal team to foster strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Your ability to manage tenders, provide insights, and forecast sales will directly impact the success of the business. Accountabilities

  • Design and execute account plans to build new and grow existing business.
  • Create and maximize customer value and loyalty, resulting in long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to drive sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage tenders and price quotations in collaboration with Customer Service and Tender Management team.
  • Gain customer insights and identify key stakeholders to drive the purchasing process.
  • Utilize the Challenger Sales methodology in daily activities.
  • Launch new products and solutions to customers.
  • Actively participate in the complaint process for own customers.
  • Provide sales forecasts and regularly update them.
  • Maintain and use CRM data to enhance personal performance.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Higher education or relevant work experience in business and/or healthcare.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of hospital decision-making processes is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong drive for results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized and structured approach to work.
  • Solid analytical skills with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English and the local language.
