Founder Trustee of ALAP (Assisted Living for Autistic People) providing residential facilities and training for People with Autism. She has been actively involved in Autism Advocacy for the past 17 years. She has represented the Autism Community during the drafting of the RPWD Act. Spearheaded the team for setting up the Autism website for the National Trust. Focused on Assisted Living for special needs individuals for the past\nten years. Member of advisory boards for Action for Autism\, Bhabhna Trust\, and Neon Star Foundation. Awarded for her documentaries on disability issues and contributions in the field.
